Job Genius Program: 
In collaboration with Express Employment Professionals, Discovery Academy offers the Job Genius program. This comprehensive program focuses on career readiness, soft skills, personal development training, and networking. It introduces students to tangible career opportunities within local businesses, providing an insightful glimpse into potential future career pathways.

Program Goal:
To support students in their transition from high school to post-secondary education and the workforce.

Objectives:

• Create awareness of career and educational options post high school.
• Build a foundation for financial competency.
• Develop a better understanding of how we see ourselves and how we see others.
• Identify tools for navigating conflict.
• Discover tools needed to create a work life balance.
• Provide real life exposure to manufacturing, administrative and professional career opportunities.
• Learn how to create a resume and key interview skills.
