Title I Program
Mars is a Title I school that is a federal program that provides fiscal allocations to our school to purchase additional instructional support to our students.
Parent involvement is an integral part of our Title I program that provides activities for our parents and students throughout the school year. We look forward to seeing you at our parent involvement activities.
As a parent of a child that attends Mars Elementary, you have the right to participate in the decision making process. You are invited to participate in the District PAC Team, School Improvement Team, as well as work with the staff to make decisions. We encourage you to participate in our Fall Harvest Festival, Bingo for Books and Math Family Nights, parent-teacher conferences, the parent-teacher organization (PTO), and all other activities that contribute to the development of your student. The success of our school is largely attributed to the support we have received from parents and families.
