*Athletes must have a physical to participate!
Physicals
***All athletes must have a valid MHSAA sports physical and must be on an official MHSAA form. You can obtain a form in the middle school office or print one from the link below. The physical form must be filled out by a physician and handed into the office dated on or after April 15, 2022, in order to participate.
