Nature / Environment

Through provided hands on learning, inquiry, and observation, students will gain an understanding of the basics of organic backyard gardening and an appreciation for being a good steward of the Earth. 

Birding and Beyond is a great introduction to the world of nature! Our main focus will be on birds, but we will also notice other flora and fauna around us. 

Students will spend class time in a warm, heated classroom and insulated indoor arena. We will explore nature through the building of various projects that can be used in your own backyards and gardens.

In this class for 8-12 years old, we will focus on a different subject each class period.  We will have many hands on activities in nature.
