Archaeology Digs

In this program, you will dig at a real archaeological dig sites.  You will learn how to dig for artifacts, how archaeologists conduct a dig, identify and date artifacts, and catalog and record their findings. Choose from the Tarragindi Dig or the Old 1830s Jailhouse Dig.

Archaeology Plus

You will learn specialist skills in archaeological restoration and preservation of local monuments that are nearly 200 years old, under the supervision of a Secretary of the Interior qualified Archaeologist, Dr Jan Sigvartsen PhD.

Circle C Stables: Backyard Farming

Through provided hands on learning, inquiry, and observation, students will gain an understanding of the basics of organic backyard gardening and an appreciation for being a good steward of the Earth. 

Circle C Stables: Building in Nature

Students will spend class time in a warm, heated classroom and insulated indoor arena. We will explore nature through the building of various projects that can be used in your own backyards and gardens.
