Transportation Changes Begins Monday, February 28th Changes
Buses and motorists pick up and drop off students will be switching locations on Monday, February 28, 2022.
Buses
The following will occur in the morning:
All buses will proceed to Mars Elementary by using Mars Street. Buses will then pull into the front driveway that leads to the office.
Two buses at a time will be releasing students. Buses will need to line up next to the curb on Mars Street when waiting.
BSPS Buses will then use Harrison and Snow Road to return to the bus lot.
In the afternoon the following will occur:
Buses will pull into the driveway leading to the Mars office.
Two buses at a time will load students and then exit the front driveway.
Parent Drop-Off in the morning
Student drop-off will be in the back of Mars, at the circular drop-off, beginning at 8:35.
Please assist your child with safety belts as needed.
Please reframe from parking along the road or at Village Elementary School to drop off your child. That process should be handled in the parent pick-up line.
Walkers
Will exit out the front of Mars and proceed to the crossing guard as normal. This process will be monitored by the crossing guard and the police department, as needed, for safety.

The goal of this change is to maximize safety in and around our loading and unloading zones.
