Parent Teacher Conferences - November 2-3

Dear Berrien Springs Middle School Families:
Next week on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 and Thursday, November 3, 2022, Berrien Springs Middle School will be conducting Parent Teacher Conferences. We believe that communication with parents and teachers should be constant, however, these conferences can also be valuable opportunities for promoting and assisting with your student’s success. Please see the schedule below, which outlines next week’s schedule.
Wednesday, November 2, 2022: Students will have a full day of school. Teachers will be making phone calls to parents from 5:00 pm - 8:30 pm. Parents will have the option to have the conference over the phone at that time or be given the opportunity to meet with teachers in person on Thursday, November 3, 2022 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. * If you miss your phone call, please check your voicemail.
Thursday, November 3, 2022: Students will have a half day of school. Students will be dismissed at 11:00 am. Teachers will continue making phone calls to parents from 12:00 - 3:30 pm. Parents will have the option to have the conference over the phone at that time or be given the opportunity to meet with teachers in person later on Thursday evening from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
*If parents choose to attend parent teacher conferences in person the details are as follows:
Thursday, November 3, 2022, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. We will do our best to limit conferences to 10 Minutes each.
