National Honor Society Partners with Timber Ridge to Serve a Thanksgiving Meal

The National Honor Society (NHS) is a service organization aimed to elevate a culture of scholarship, service, leadership, and character, developing well-rounded students at Berrien Springs High School. Members dedicate their time to various service projects and after-school tutoring throughout the year.

Yesterday’s event is one of the hallmark events for the National Honor Society. We have partnered with Carol Mitchell, Event Coordinator at Timber Ridge, for the last ten years. Students help serve the residents and provide entertainment during this event, but the conversations and connections are the most impactful to both students and the residents. 

NHS is always looking to partner with various organizations. In the past, we have partnered with the Berrien County Animal Control, Berrien County Parks, The Food Bank of Greater Michiana, and Soup Kitchen. Inc, and Backpacks for Berrien, amongst others.
