Berrien Springs Public Schools celebrated the induction of 22 exceptional students into the Berrien Springs High School National Honor Society (NHS) during a ceremony on May 1, 2025. The event program was led by current NHS President Peyton Eckerley and officers Aileen Mongkau and Kaylee Kwon, along with their advisors Mr. Joe Macerata and Mr. John Vitek, who organized and facilitated a program that highlighted the NHS core values: scholarship, leadership, service, and character.

Each inductee was individually recognized and pinned during the ceremony by the advisors, symbolizing their official welcome into the National Honor Society. These students have consistently demonstrated academic excellence while also showing a commitment to serving others, leading by example, and upholding strong personal values.

As members of NHS, they join a tradition of excellence and responsibility that extends far beyond the classroom. We congratulate our newest NHS members and look forward to the continued impact they will make in our schools and community.
